Bulk Foreclosure Packages

We handle the sales and purchases of large scale bulk REO and Note packages.  In many cases we work directly with the financial institution, and in others we work directly with a banks representative, hedgefund managers, and property managers.  

We have a reputation of performing and producing packages for our buyers, and a reputation of moving product for our Sellers.  We do not require proof of funds if we are not direct to the bank, and in most cases the proof will be done directly...bank to bank. 

Buyers: We can provide references for you in the event you need them.  We are able to get just about any type property in any state based on your needs and the prices we achieve from the banks/banks reps are outstanding leaving a large margin for resale profit.  We are not in a string of intermediates looking to shop your information, and in most cases we can do custom pulls for a buyer.  Every transaction is an open book and we are completely up front regarding our position in the transaction.  In most cases we are never further than one position from the financial institution/Seller, and in many cases we are the Sellers representative moving the product.

Sellers: We have an enormous amount of buyers who are ready to take packages in any size ranging from hundreds of thousands to billions.  We provide proper paperwork to assure the legitimacy of any buyer and we keep you informed of all progress made throughout the transaction.  We do not add points to the deal for our transaction for our commission, and generally the standard 3-4% commission will apply and the buyer will be expected to pay such commissions.  We work with hedge funds, property management groups, investment groups, and individuals to move property.
